1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MailEntriX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Service Description
MailEntriX provides email verification and validation services, including single email verification, bulk list cleaning, API access, and related tools. We verify email addresses for deliverability but do not guarantee inbox placement or email delivery.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MailEntriX for: sending spam or unsolicited email, harvesting email addresses, circumventing anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), attacking or probing third-party mail servers, or any illegal purpose. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
5. Billing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in USD. Unused verifications do not roll over. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for paid plans.
6. API Usage and Rate Limits
API usage is subject to rate limits based on your plan. Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for abuse. API availability target is 99.9% uptime.
7. Data Handling
Email addresses submitted for verification are processed in real-time. We do not use submitted email addresses for any purpose other than verification. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.
8. Limitation of Liability
MailEntriX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.
