We also collect email addresses you submit for verification, which are processed in real-time and not stored beyond the verification session unless you use bulk upload features.

We use your information to provide email verification services, process payments, send transactional emails (receipts, usage alerts), improve our services, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement SOC 2 Type II security controls, regular penetration testing, and access controls following the principle of least privilege. Verification results for single checks are retained for 90 days. Bulk upload files are automatically deleted within 30 days of processing. Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.
